I haven't really complained about the UFL itself
this season. I whined for multiple weeks about how pedestrian the Stallions are but I
haven't shitted on the league like I've done in
past years. Well,
once again, I'm bringing up how
piss poor
the UFL's stat page is. It's ridiculous that every year
since
XFL 2.0 their stats page has been terrible where you can't sort by stat, the
names are cut off on the sides, the players don't have profiles or some
other easily avoidable bullshit. Like goddamn, the NAL is so much of a
shitshow YouTube
deleted
their channel and they STILL have a more
professional
stat page than the UFL! While I'm at it, let's bitch about more
things.
THE GAMES
St. Louis Battlehawks 28
DC Defenders 25
I never noticed how similar the uniforms were until I made last week's
header. Take a look at
UFL Shop and you'd see that the Defenders and Stallions jerseys are nearly
the same while the Panthers are pretty close design wise as well. The
Brahmas and Battlehawks have similar designs while Houston and Memphis are
just palette swaps of the same jersey design. The only team who had a
different design was the Renegades. Now compare that to the NFL where some
teams do share
similar
designs, but they're different enough to tell them apart.

Spring football fans always talk about how teams should relocate to boost
attendance, play in high school/soccer stadiums so it will look better on
TV and the NFL needs a developmental league so they should buy [insert
spring football league] and this
Reddit post
was no different. Appropriately, that user got destroyed
with each tired idiotic declaration getting shutdown with logic.
Seriously, how many times does it need to be said that the NFL doesn't
want or need a developmental league because college football is their
minor league? Or that high school stadiums don't sell beer and most soccer
teams don't want football teams tearing up their fields? Add on ignoring
that constantly folding and relocating teams causes distrust that the
team/league is in it for the long haul and you got the greatest hits of
bad football takes.
