2023-24 NFL All No Photo Team

Last year was the first time I did an All No Photo Team for the NFL. It took me so long to do one because I was worried that I would have like, 200 players without a headshot. There were only 41 players who made the roster so I figured It would be easy to make another one this year. It turns out that season was an anomaly because this year has 76 players that teams didn't bother to have a picture or a silhouette for. There's probably more by the time I actually post this.

The Jaguars led the AFC with 14 photo less players followed by the Dolphins' 13, Browns' 12 and 3 from the Chiefs along with a Bill and a Patriot. On the NFC side, the Lions, Cowboys and Packers each had 1 player with no photo. Both the Giants and Buccaneers had a offensive and defensive player with no photo. But the reason why I'm splitting these rosters by conference is because the Commanders have a whopping 25 players with no headshot! Hell, you could field an indoor football team with that many players and they would likely dominate the league.

Aside from the usual veterans changing teams, there are a couple notable players who made the list. The Chiefs signed hotshot rugby player Louis Rees-Zammit as an RB a couple weeks ago but didn't fill out his profile at all. The Jaguars followed that up by signing former Australian rules football player Patrick Murtagh as a TE a couple days ago. He's part of the NFL's International Player Pathway program that teaches foreign athletes from different sports how to play football. It's all part of Roger Goodell's plan to make the NFL global which is why the 2nd game of the 2024 NFL season will be in Brazil on a Friday night and Spain hosts a 2025 game.

Unfortunately, the image editing site I used to create past videos suck now because their search feature only uses generic images. And they have the nerve to charge you for using it when you could go to any other website to get those royalty free images for free. So no video of the players with their own play cards. I might make the video at a later date when I have more time and can find a website that removes backgrounds for free. Until then, here's a hog avoiding a jag's tackle in a AI image I cooked up. I could've made it Commies vs Jags but oh well.
