2022 USFL All No Photo Team

I feel it's lazy when teams don't have headshots for all of their players on their website. Sure, they tend to be practice squadders, special teamers, rookies or just joined the team from off the street/another team. But I still feel it's incredibly lazy to not have SOMETHING as a profile pic! I expect EA to be lazy and only have silhouettes of players they don't feel like getting a picture of. Hell, the NFL uses 2 different silhouettes on their roster pages! One with a generic detailed headshot and one for those with no picture at all. While you could excuse the NFL due to the league being a revolving door, the USFL has no excuse for this laziness.

There's only 8 teams and all of them are in Birmingham. Even if the player doesn't play a down in the season, you're telling me they couldn't take a quick picture on their phone with him in a team shirt and upload it to the site? If the Olympics can use headshots where it looks like they woke up the thousands of athletes at 3 in the morning and lined them up along the hotel hallway, then the USFL can use selfies for the 89 players who don't have a professional headshot.

This just got stuck in my craw so I did something about it. I put in the most effort into a post since my Madden Greatest Hits list and came up with rosters for these photoless players. I call it the All No Photo Team! 54 from the North and 35 from the South with nearly every position represented. The runner up Philadelphia Stars had the most with 17 while the South division finalist New Orleans Breakers only had 6. I even created a video with player cards that was a pain in the ass because I don't have photoshop or professional video editing software.

At first, I wanted to use the USFL theme as a soundtrack but no one posted it on YouTube. Then I thought about using the NFL on FOX theme for the North and the highlights version for the South but that was too much of a hassle. So instead, I chose the Sam Spence song "Let All The Earth Be As One" since it nearly matched the slideshow duration. You will notice most of the images are from college because those are the main ones that didn't have watermarks. Also the photo editing site had its own image search so that's what I went with. You will also ALSO notice ages are missing for nearly half of these players as well (seriously guys?). I copied and pasted what they had on their roster pages here so whatever fuck ups you see like wrong heights or weights, that aint on me. I didn't feel like verifying if a professional football league that's backed by a billion dollar media corporation had the correct info. End of season review is tomorrow!
